1. About these terms
These terms apply when you download, install or play Bloom Loop, a puzzle game made by HEWN CRAFT Studio. By using the game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. Playing the game
You may install and play Bloom Loop on your own compatible device for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. If you are young, please ask a parent or guardian to read these terms with you.
Bloom Loop is a colour-matching puzzle. How each level works is explained in the game itself. Levels, boosters and balance may change over time to improve the game.
3. Your progress
Your progress and settings are saved on your device. If you uninstall the game, clear its data or lose or change your device, your progress may be lost. We cannot restore progress that is only stored on your device, so please keep that in mind before clearing data.
4. Fair use
Please use the game as it is meant to be used. You must not:
- copy, sell, share or rent the game or its content;
- modify, reverse engineer or tamper with the game, except where the law specifically allows it;
- use the game to do anything unlawful or to harm others; or
- use game artwork, characters or music in your own commercial product without our written permission.
5. Ownership
Bloom Loop, including its name, artwork, characters, music, levels and code, belongs to HEWN CRAFT Studio and its licensors. Installing the game gives you a limited, personal licence to play it under these terms. It does not give you ownership of the game or its content.
6. Updates and availability
We may update the game to add content, fix bugs or improve security, and we may change or stop offering features when we need to. Bloom Loop is being released in stages, so some features described on our website may not be available yet or in every version.
We aim to keep the game available, but it may be affected by maintenance, app-store changes or problems with your device.
7. Our responsibility
We work to make Bloom Loop enjoyable and reliable, but we provide it "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be free of errors, work on every device or run without interruption, and we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost progress, caused by using it.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot legally be limited.
8. Privacy
Please read our Bloom Loop Privacy Policy to see how the game treats your information. It is short and written in plain language.
9. Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat, have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
