1. Who we are
Bloom Loop is a puzzle game made by HEWN CRAFT Studio, based in Surat, Gujarat, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean HEWN CRAFT Studio, and "the game" means Bloom Loop.
2. What the game stores on your device
To let you pick up where you left off, the game saves a small amount of information in its private storage on your device:
- Progress: the levels you have completed, your booster counts and whether you have seen the tutorial.
- Settings: your music, sound, haptics, colour-symbol and reduced-motion choices.
This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes it. Your phone's own backup feature may keep a copy, which is controlled by your device settings.
3. What we do not collect
The current version of Bloom Loop does not:
- require an account, a name or an email address;
- collect your location, contacts, photos or microphone data;
- include analytics, advertising or tracking tools; or
- offer purchases, so we do not handle any payment details.
If you choose to use haptics, the game asks your device to vibrate briefly. This happens on the device and does not share anything with us.
4. When you contact us
If you email us with a question, a bug report or a request for launch news, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply and to follow up on that request, and we keep it only as long as we need it for that purpose. Please do not send passwords or payment card numbers.
5. App stores and third parties
If you download Bloom Loop from an app store such as Google Play, the store has its own relationship with you. It may collect information about your download or device under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. For example, see the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Children
Bloom Loop is a calm puzzle game that anyone can play. Because the game does not collect personal information, there is nothing about a child's identity for us to store. If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about the game, please contact us and we will help.
7. Your choices
- You can turn haptics, sound and music on or off in the game's Settings.
- You can delete everything the game has saved by uninstalling it or clearing its app data.
- You can ask us to delete any emails you have sent us by writing to the address below.
8. Changes to this policy
If a future version of Bloom Loop adds features that handle information in a new way, such as optional online saves, analytics, purchases or rewarded ads, we will update this policy before those features are released and change the date at the top of this page.
