Go Galaxy Terms & Conditions
The plain-language rules for downloading and playing Go Galaxy. By installing or playing the game you agree to them.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Dharmik Gohil, trading as HEWN CRAFT Studio of Surat, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”), and apply to the game Go Galaxy and the pages at hewncraftstudio.tech/go-galaxy. If you do not agree, please do not install or play the game.
Please also read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
2. Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install and play Go Galaxy on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game is licensed to you, not sold.
3. Downloads and payments
Go Galaxy is distributed on itch.io. Any price, payment, tax, refund or download issue is handled by itch.io under its terms and the details shown on the game’s itch.io page. We do not take payments on this website. Only download the game from our official itch.io page.
4. Ownership
Go Galaxy, including its story, characters, artwork, music, sound, text and code, is owned by Dharmik Gohil / HEWN CRAFT Studio, or used with permission or under licence, and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you a licence to play, not ownership of any part of the game.
5. What you may not do
You agree not to:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game or its files, or upload them to other sites
- decompile, reverse engineer or extract assets from the game, except where the law allows it despite this restriction
- use the game’s name, logo or artwork in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product
- use the game for any unlawful purpose
6. Gameplay videos and streaming
We are happy for you to record, stream and publish videos of your Go Galaxy gameplay, including on monetised channels. Please credit the game and link to its itch.io page. This permission covers gameplay footage only, not the standalone use of its music, art or text.
7. AI disclosure
Go Galaxy is AI-assisted. As disclosed on itch.io, AI tools were used in the making of the game’s code, graphics, sound and text.
8. Content and player comfort
The story deals with family, loss and grief. Some scenes use flickering and glitch effects. If you are sensitive to flashing or flickering images, turn on the reduced-flashing option in Settings, or avoid playing. Take regular breaks.
9. Feedback you send us
If you send us ideas, bug reports or other feedback, you agree we may use them to improve Go Galaxy and our other work without owing you payment or credit.
10. Updates and availability
We may update, patch, change or stop distributing the game at any time, and we have no obligation to provide updates, support or particular features. Your saved progress lives on your own device, so we recommend backing up your save files if they matter to you.
11. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Galaxy is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost data or saves, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
13. Ending this agreement
Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the game from your devices. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, warranty, liability and governing law, will continue.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
15. Changes and contact
