The joint data controllers responsible for your personal data are Ramashankar Tiwari (Proprietor & Commercial Licensee, Surat, Gujarat, India) and Hewn Craft Studio (Engineering & Operating Studio, founded by Dharmik Gohil, Surat, Gujarat, India).

• Gameplay & Progression Data: Match history, win/loss records, virtual coin and diamond balances, current player level, achievements unlocked, room codes generated, dice roll frequency, and match timestamps.
• Network Diagnostics & IP Address: Internet Protocol (IP) address, coarse geographic region (derived from IP at city/state level; we do NOT collect precise GPS location data), and network ping for multiplayer synchronization.
• Device Identifiers: Randomly generated anonymous Player ID, Google Play Games ID or Apple Game Center ID (if you choose to sign in), and standard mobile advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID - GAID, or Apple Identifier for Advertisers - IDFA).

(C) Crash Diagnostics & Performance Telemetry

We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to monitor application stability. When an unexpected error occurs, diagnostic data (including device state at time of crash, stack trace, and memory status) is transmitted to help our engineering team debug and release hotfixes.

09. Security Procedures & Technical Safeguards

All data gathered on Ludo Boom King is securely stored within access-controlled databases behind modern enterprise firewalls.

How to Request Permanent Account and Data Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data:

1. Send an email to support.ludoboom.hcs@gmail.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Ludo Boom King".
2. Include your in-game Player ID (visible on your in-game profile screen) or the Google Play Games account associated with your profile.
3. Our privacy team will verify the request and permanently delete your account, game records, and telemetry from active databases within thirty (30) calendar days. You will receive a written confirmation upon completion.

12. Advertising Choices & Opt-Out

You have direct control over whether advertising networks serve you personalized (interest-based) advertisements:

• Android Users: Open device Settings > Google > Ads > Delete Advertising ID or toggle "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
• iOS Users: Open device Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off tracking permission for Ludo Boom King.

Opting out will not reduce the total number of ads shown, but ads will be generic and contextual rather than tailored to your interests.

Please beware of phishing schemes, fake social media channels, or deceptive websites claiming to offer "free unlimited coins", "dice hack APKs", or "cash tournaments" for Ludo Boom King.
